Phase 1 — App Foundations (“Concept to Clickable Demo”)

 🎯 Goal

Get a working prototype or minimal viable version (MVP) that shows how the app will look, feel, and function — without spending big money on coding yet.

 📦 What’s Included

1. App Strategy & Wireframe

• Define your idea clearly — what problem it solves, who it’s for
• Map out main screens and features (login, profiles, listings, payments, etc.)
• Flowchart of user journey
• List of integrations (e.g. Stripe, Calendly, database, login options)

2. UI/UX Design

• Visual mock-ups of each screen (in Canva, Figma, or FlutterFlow)
• Color palette and style to match your brand
• Prototype you can click through like a real app
• Ready to show investors, partners, or developers

 3. Tech Setup

• Register your domain or app name
• Choose platform (FlutterFlow, Adalo, or native build plan)
• Set up project in app builder (even if basic)
• Create app icon, splash screen, and brand kit

 4. Basic Functionality

• Simple working demo (e.g., clickable buttons, basic navigation)
• Can simulate login, listings, or booking
• No full database or automation yet — just enough to demonstrate purpose

5. Delivery

• You’ll receive:
  
• Clickable prototype link
• Branding and screen assets
• Basic roadmap for Phase 2
• Ownership of files and project
• NEXT STEP -This first phase is all about getting your basic app built — the bones of your idea brought to life. It’s your chance to see it, click through it, and make sure it’s heading in the right direction before investing in the bigger stuff.

  Before booking, make sure you have a clear plan of what you want your app to do. We’ll jump on a consultation call first to map everything out properly — what needs to be built now, what can wait for later, and what’s truly essential for your first launch. This is the cost for first launch.

   

  The goal is to knock out exactly what’s going to be built first, so we’re not wasting time or money on the wrong things. If you already know you’ll want to continue into later phases, we’ll plan those out from the start so you’ve got a clear roadmap, total cost transparency, and a solid goal to work towards.
